Full information on the subject of data protection can be found in our Data Privacy Statement published below this text.
Our website can normally be used without entering your personal data. Insofar as personal data can be collected on our websites, this is always done on a voluntary basis if possible. We process your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, phone number, banking details, contract number) in accordance with the provisions of data protection law, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulations and the German Data Protection Act. The following provisions provide information on the nature, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.
Section 1 Automatic data capture
When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your device, date and time, browser type and operating system of your device, the visited pages and website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL) are logged. This is required from a technical viewpoint, in order that we can display our website to you, and guarantee stability and security. Legal basis for this is the first sentence of point (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation. This anonymous data is stored separately to the personal data, and therefore cannot be attributed to a specific person.
Section 2 Personal data, storage period, your rights
The personal data which you send to us e.g. within an order, via a contact form or email (e.g. your name and your contact data), are only processed for the purposes of correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you have provided the data.
We warrant that we shall not forward your personal data to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law, or if you have provided us with your consent to do so. Insofar as we engage third party services to perform and execute the processing, we shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. Personal data, which has been sent to us via our website in accordance with the law, shall only be retained until the purposes for which it has been entrusted to us have been fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and fiscal retention periods must be met, the storage period of certain data may be up to 10 years.
If you no longer consent to the storage of your personal data or if it is now incorrect, we shall arrange for the erasure, rectification or blocking of your data on your explicit instruction within the scope of the statutory provisions. On request, you shall receive free access to all your personal data which we currently hold.
